This section describes our Master/Padawan system. Newcomers to Redeemed start out as Padawans. Each master can take one Padawan at a time, and it is up to him to determine when a Padawan is promoted to Jedi Knight. This decision should be made when the Padawan has proved himself to be an active player with decent skill. The Master of Trials is in charge of being sure that a candidate for promotion meets the skill requirements.

The Council can promote a Jedi Knight to a Jedi Master. Promotions will be made on the basis of activity and skill. You'll need to be an active member and have some good playing ability to make Master.

It is possible, due to members being placed on hold or other unusual circumstances, that there could be Padawans who are not attached to Masters. In that case, the Padawan will be trained by any Master at any time, and will be promoted based on the recommendation of the Master of Trials.
